Just a few hours before this live stream, the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told NBC News today that the southern border is closed.
He said to Chuck Todd, quote: “We are expelling families. We are expelling single adults. And we’ve made a decision that we will not expel young, vulnerable children.”
What’s more, he actually blamed the border crisis on President Donald Trump.
But President Trump today quickly fired back in a letter, saying that the Biden Administration was handed the most secure border in history, but what they did was, quote, “turned this national triumph into a national disaster.”
