Rumble — This is the second test of my 1997 BF90A Honda outboard. I am concerned that water does not appear to be squirting out from the center of the prop when I run it with the muffs on.

This test appears to verify that water is running through the cooling jacket. The black hose in the video was taken off the incoming cooling water side. The hose is normally connected directly to the output of the water pump.
