You may have heard of the term "sales funnel." There's a new buzz going around the internet marketing community about them. But how are the different from a website. Let's take a look at some of the differences...

Number 1: Optins
The landing pages of sales funnels are drastically different than websites. You can only do two things, become a lead/buy or leave. With a website, there could be so much going on that it deters people from actually doing what they desire.

Number 2: Upsells
You can tailor the sales experience so after visitors complete the landing page, they are sold upsells and other products moving through your value ladder. Websites can on occasion do this, but I haven't seen websites to do this as well.

Number 3: Multiples
With funnel building software, you can have multiple funnels, always testing new ideas and offers. I have my funnels below so you can check out what projects I have and the funnels associated to them.

Number 4: Which One Is Good For You?
I recommend a website if you have an ecommerce brand with a lot of products. If not, I suggest giving sales funnels a try to see how they work with your business.
