ello everyone! Welcome to my channel!

My name is Jessica Dorcey and I am an Associate Broker with Gables and Gates Realty out in Loveland, Colorado.

Today is the beginning of WEEK 5 (HOWWWWW?!) of my 90 Days to Homeowner Challenge. If you've been following along with the guide from day one CONGRATS. You're already 1/3 of the way through to fully understanding the home buying process! In this video we are going over how to decide what homes you should actually go see in person. Because I KNOW that saved search on Zillow is huge! We are going to use what we learned last week with wants and needs, and I'm gonna throw a few more tips at ya :)
