McConnell Would Support Nominee Trump in 2024 But ...

It sounds like Mitch McConnell would not support Trump in the primary.

McConnell: "Well, there’s a lot to happen between now and ‘24. I’ve got at least four members that I think are planning on running for president, plus some governors and others. There is no incumbent, should be a wide-open race and fun for you all to cover."

Bret Baier: "If the President was the party’s nominee, would you support him?"

McConnell: "The nominee of the party? Absolutely."
