Applying grit and determination

Recently, I did a presentation for the USTA and the message that came through over and over was the internal desire and grit the student athlete needs to bring to practice and the competition. Always go above and beyond in all you do, regardless of the sport or activity you are involved in. This will carry you far in sport and life!
