NY A2175 - Prohibiting the sale of ammunition

NY Assembly Bill, A2175, makes self defense sprays, like mace and pepper spray, illegal. It also proposes to create a database of those who are not allowed to purchase or possess a firearm, so that they cannot buy ammunition for a firearm.
