Arkansas Senator Stephanie Flowers District 25 yelled at and then cussed out Arkansas Senator Trent Garner while he was speaking on Senate Resolution 6, TO COMMEMORATE AMERICAN HISTORY.
I missed the first part of Garner's speech. Lt. Governor Tim Griffin speaks about the behavior of Flowers later.
