5 SECOND SHELTER

Survival is not about comfort. It is about keeping body temperature at 98.6, and continuing to breathe until the situation changes to where it is not a survival situation anymore. This quick, down and dirty shelter using the trash can liner will keep you dry and the use of the candle will keep you warm. It should be noted that although I use a trash can liner, a poncho can also be used for larger folks (I am not a very big person. BUT care should taken to not get the emergency 5 second shelter too big, or the candle will not provide the warmth needed. The goal is only to keep you dry and warm through one night (more than likely a few hours).

Until next video...Get out of the inside and into the outside!!!
