EPS 28: A Draining Nightmare
This is the third episode in this series about a renovation project I did back in the summer. Originally, I was hired to renovate this triplex to install kitchens, baseboards, casing, doors, and appliances. This episode shows what happened to the 100-year-old drain lines under the building that disrupted tenants and caused a bit of a nightmare for my clients a few months after I completed initial renovations.
