Rumble — On a trip to Texas we went to the Brownsville area then headed down Boca Chica Road until it ended at the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is so compact there you can drive on it without 4-wheel drive. We drove the 2.5 miles south on the beach to where the Rio Grande meets the Gulf. The US side was mostly vacant. The Mexican side had numerous people fishing with nets, swimming, etc. We spent quite some time there and had a wonderful time. Beautiful place to visit if you are ever in the area.
