How to make the best lentils!
I love cooking at home, specially during winter when is cold and dark outside and we barely want to go outside.
A great, warm and healthy meal is really important to keep us going with anything we've got in mind.
Lentils are a great way to keep us warm and happy, and the best thing is that they can last for long time in the fridge once they have been cooked, giving a relief every time we get hungry. =)

Lentils (400g)
1 red onion
4 cloves of garlic
4-6 carrots
2 tomatoes
4 potatoes
Bacon (140 gr)
1 tbsp Allspice
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Thyme
Chicken broth
2 litters of water (add separately)
