Melatonin should not be taken on a daily basis. No more than two or three times a week. Talk to your doctor before you use melatonin.
WARNING Melatonin ( although it is over the counter and natural) should ONLY be used at NIGHT. It helps RESET your sleep clock! So taking it during the day for a NAP..is not a good idea.
