How to Prepare Tomatillos for Canning or Dehydrating
Tomatillos are frequently used for making salsa Verde. They also add a nice sour punch to beans such as chickpeas. To prepare tomatillos for use in a recipe, or for canning or dehydrating, you first husk them, then wash them. Cut off any bad spots and cut out the core. Then cut them up however you'd like.
