Can pregnant women get the COVID-19 vaccine?

After all, the risk for severe disease related to COVID-19 is fairly low, but it's higher for pregnant women than for non-pregnant women in their twenties and thirties. But we don't definitively know that these vaccines are safe for the mother and fetus until studies on these women specifically are performed in the coming weeks and months.
