Breaking news, I was able to receive information from Fresno County that the California Dept. of public Health is changing the numbers to create lower ICU availability. Basically, if county ICU’s have more than 30% capacity of covid patients, they are adding 0.5 per every additional patient. This is just unbelievable they can get away with this.
