In light of conversations around gender identity in Hollywood sparked by Ellen Page transitioning to Elliot Page and stereotypes as a result of James Corden playing a gay man in Netflix's 'The Prom', I wanted to share my thoughts of confusion on the new "rules" being floated around about who can play what characters.
