What to expect in the first 100 days of the Harris/Biden administration

Mandatory lockdowns and wearing of masks. American's not being allowed to earn an income and provide for themselves and their families will all be a part of the first 100 days of the Harris/Biden administration. If their plan is to financially ruin the American working class by making them beholden to the government for their existence will this be enough to spark another revolution?
