Phoenix an F2 Savannah Kitten

This is Phoenix. She rose from the ashes of the Obenchain Fire in Butte Falls Oregon on September 9th . Her mother F1 Savannah named Kenya had to be released while in labor as the fire approached. Home owners were forced to leave and many lost everything. We were so worried for Kenya and her babies with hopes dimming after 6 and 7 weeks passed. But she showed up after 7 weeks with two kittens! Phoenix is just over 12 weeks in this video. She has become one of the Savannah Family members which is one of eleven! A Savannah is an exotic breed where a African Serval is crossed with a house cat. In this case we have a Serval crossed with a Champion Bengal. Two exotic breeds opens the door for beautiful Savannah cats.
