BREAKING: Supreme Court Rejects Texas Lawsuit Claiming Fraud In Swing States In Hearing In SCOTUS
SCOTUS formally rejected Texas lawsuit today claiming that the key swing states went around the constitution to change election laws. In a brief but concise answer, SCOTUS rejected the case because they say that Texas does not have a say in how other states run their elections.
Texas claims in the now dismissed / rejected lawsuit that their voters’ rights were disenfranchised by the “unconstitutional” moves that these states made. The Supreme Court Of The United States held a rare hearing to expedite the rejection of this case, with the key swing states alleging that this lawsuit is without merit.
