Keto Locos Tacos Recipe
The idea hit me one day to make tacos on shells made out of cheese, after I had successfully made enchiladas using cheese shells too. Unlike the enchiladas, I needed the taco shells to be crispy, so I figured out just how to cook them in the oven to get them to crisp up, and used taco holders to get the shell shape I needed.
