Did the FBI just admit they have Seth Rich's laptop? GA County fails to certify election results

I look into a breaking article out of Gateway Pundit alleging the FBI has Seth Rich's laptop and a search of its files returned 20,000 documents with that name. Was the FBI holding Seth Rich's laptop all this time? Was an investigation going on? If not why not? If so why was no update ever given?
