DIY light-up candydish snowman w/ Dollar Tree fishbowls. Christmas craft

Published November 21, 2020 32 Views

Rumble Inspired by a Dollar Tree succulent planter vase that looked to me like it had two crazy eyes😆 Earning him the name SugarShock Snowman. This snowman candydish has an unbeakable and removable plastic (succulent vase) head. The middle vase is the candy dish. In the bottom vase, I placed a battery operated tealight. You could also put a tealight (or battery operated Christmas lights) in both bottom vases for a head-to-toe light up snowman!

Main supplies:
1 plastic succulent vase (Dollar Tree)
2 glass fishbowl vases (Dollar Tree)
Fake snow (Dollar Tree)
Fine white glitter (Walmart)
Medium flake iridescent glitter (Walmart)
E6000
Glue gun (If you don’t have a glue gun, you don’t have to go buy one, just E6000 alone will work!)
Mod Podge (Walmart, Amazon, or any art store)

I sprayed my bowls with Matte sealer first, but it was as an experiment, you totally don’t need to do that, but that’s why my bowls look frosted.
