Biden Does Plan To Pack The SCOTUS
If you listen to Biden explain why he doesn't want to answer questions on plans to pack the supreme court you realize the answer is obvious. In his statements, Biden states he doesn't want to answer because that's what all the headlines would be. The only reason a politician would seek to avoid a headline in the media is that that headline would be negative. No politician would avoid positive headlines.
