New sweater leaves dog jumping for joy

Katrina Mckinley wanted to dress her dog Sig up in a dog sweater and his reaction was pretty funny. As soon as the French bulldog came out on the streets of Washington D.C. he was bouncing around, almost as if he wanted to show off his new gear.
