Nevada facing $1.2B budget shortfall

According to new data from the state department on taxation, Nevada is facing a $1.2B shortfall for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The state is proposing to fix the financial problem in a number of ways to avoid proposing deep cuts. New taxes are not being considered.
