Black Lives Matter protest grows outside City Hall

Rumble — Activists said these protests were sparked by the Minneapolis death of George Floyd, but continue because of a deep vein of racially biased policing in the United States. Other names appeared on signs throughout the crowd — including that of Timothy Thomas, shot and killed by a Cincinnati officer in 2001.
