According to Business Insider, Disney+ is on the road amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The streaming service now counts 33.5 million paid subscribers.
That's a total of 54.5 million overall, including those using free promotions.
eMarketer said Disney+ "won't be able to fully work for the company as intended."
Why is that?
Disney+ is meant to enhance Disney's global brand of upcoming movies, theme parks, and merchandise.
Cross-marketing possibilities have been diminished.
Disney originally predicted the service would have between 60 to 90 million subscribers by 2024.
The company is only five million subscribers away from hitting the side of this goal.
