Woman speaks out after trying to save OP officer Mosher's life
Katrina Phillips was driving Sunday near West 123rd Street and Antioch Road on a work errand when she drove up on the scene where Overland Park police officer Mike Mosher was involved in a shootout with a hit-and-run suspect. Both Mosher and the suspect died.
