Nothing less than my best will be enough to do right by them. In a more general sense I believe in the strongest way possible that a criminal defense attorney is the only thing that keeps the government honest. I’ve had relatives who were given sham trials in other countries and died without any form of representation. I am a constitutional defense lawyer as much as I am a criminal defense lawyer. I’m on the front lines of fighting for the very rights we talk about everyday.

I provide my personal cell phone to all clients. I don’t use associate attorneys or entrust my clients case to anyone else but myself. I personally handle every case and engage every client that chooses me to represent them. I am the light in the dark for them.

I’m aggressive but approachable. I will be available to my clients at all times to explain what’s happening and why. I will treat every case like it’s my only case. Nothing is impossible and I’m willing to try anything to defend my client’s rights.

I represent people accused of a range of crimes. I’ve represented countless clients accused of everything from shoplifting to DUI to drug crimes to battery to domestic violence to serious strikes offense felonies. They are all scared. They are facing prison or jail. They are almost always on the brink of losing everything (their jobs, housing). Often times the punishment far exceeds what is reasonable given the charge. The entire system is against them. The cops, the district attorney, the judges, and even the law. I am the only person on their side.
