President Donald Trump said it’s his decision to reopen the U.S. economy, not the state governors. wAccording to Reuters, he also said he’s listening to U.S. health experts and others to make that decision. Legal analysts said the president has limited power in ordering people back to work in every state. They also said Trump can’t force cities to reopen their government buildings, transportation or local businesses. Many states already extended their stay-at-home and social distancing orders beyond May 1.
