360: How to maneuver around other drivers on Denver's narrow streets

Anyone who has driven down one of Denver’s narrow side streets or residential blocks has likely experienced a dilemma when encountering another driver coming the opposite direction: Is one driver supposed to pull over and let the other driver pass? Or should both vehicles try to squeeze past one another at the same time?
