Hospital says person discharged after coronavirus evaluation
A patient at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center was evaluated for possible coronavirus and discharged earlier this week under the supervision of San Diego County’s Health & Human Services Agency, but county officials have not provided further information on this case.
