Info from Licensor: "During his lifetime, St. Peter was one of the 12 apostles of Christ, then known as Simon Peter. Legend has it that the black spot on each side of this fish is the fingerprint of St. Peter who, by order of Christ, caught it in order to remove a gold coin from its mouth."
