They're all scared of not being "good enough."
To hide this fear, people may be perfectionists, or work excessively.
They may self-sabotage or punish themselves.
How do you over come this?
Business Insider says the first sign is that you must recognize the problem.
Look out for evidence that you are good enough.
That will lead you to over come the fear and anxiety that comes with insecurity.
