Buttigieg struggles with black vote Unlisted Video

Pete Buttigieg is currently polling at 0% in South Carolina.
If he wants to win the nomination he will have to win the black vote.
Why is it so hard for him?
According to The Root, Buttigieg comes off as a privileged white guy who is unable to relate to the black experience.
He also has a troubling history of pandering and talking down to black Americans.
While, at the same time, showing little support for poor blacks in his home city.
