Amazon faced a Prime Day strike at a fulfillment center in Shakopee, Minnesota. According to Gizmodo, now over a dozen progressive lawmakers are getting involved. These include Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ro Khanna. All these congress members signed a letter to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. They are looking for an investigation into the workplace condition of Amazon and its warehouses.
