Rumble A fire broke out at a thermal power plant in Mytishchi, near Moscow, on July 11. The fire was confirmed by the Russian Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief, which dispatched two helicopters and 157 firefighters to tackle the blaze. The Moscow Aviation Center later tweeted that the helicopters were not needed, and were returned to base. At least eight people were said to be injured, according to initial local agency reports.
