According to a report by Reuters, on Thursday, White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow said that there would be no preconditions set ahead of any trade talks with China, ahead of US President Donald Trump's high-stakes meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping this weekend. While appearing on Fox News, Kudlow reportedly said that there were no specific agreements made heading into the two leaders' talks.
