Dogs are man's best friend and it turns out they may be excellent reading partners too.
For kids who might need some extra help getting the words off the page, a new study shows that our K9 companion may be able to help.
The UC Davis study found that children who read aloud to a dog improved their reading skills by 12 percent over kids who only read to adults.
