Gov. Sisolak signs bill banning bump stocks
Governor Sisolak signed several new bills into law today. Joining 1 October victims, Sisolak signed a bill banning bump stocks. The law also lowers the legal blood alcohol level to use a gun and includes a red flag law which allows police to seek a court order to take someone's guns if they are concerned they could harm themselves or others. He also signed measures on health care provisions and restrictions on prescription drugs.
