Autonews reports self-driving trucking companies are struggling to find employees to man the vehicles. Some companies are starting programs in community colleges to recruit employees. TuSimple said it worked with a college to co-develop the first-ever certificate program for truck drivers that would give graduates the title of autonomous vehicle driver and operations specialist.
