Rumble Police in Moscow detained hundreds of protesters on June 12, RFE said, after more than a thousand people gathered to maintain pressure on the Russian government following the release of investigative journalist Ivan Golunov. According to Interfax, citing police reports, more than 200 individuals were arrested, including opposition figure Alexei Navalny, and Der Spiegel’s Alex Chernyshev.
