The CEO of Delta Air Lines said the company would not take a stance on or oppose Georgia's restrictive abortion laws.
Delta is headquartered in Georgia and employs 35,000 people in the state.
Ed Bastian said the company could alienate people if it takes a stance on the "uncomfortable" issue.
Speaking at a conference in Arizona, Bastian said it is an issue "the courts need to settle and resolve, not corporate America."
He also said the company "can't win" if it takes a stance.
A growing number of companies are threatening to pull their activities out of Georgia and other states with restrictive abortion laws.
