Rumble / Ocean LifeDeputies with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office got quite a surprise on Tuesday, June 11, when a great white shark interrupted a planned open-water training exercise. According to the sheriff’s office, deputies in the Henry-1 helicopter spotted the shark swimming in shallow water in the Estero Americano estuary, near Bodega Bay, at around 3:00 pm.
