Rumble / Trending NewsNegotiators on Friday resumed talks in Washington aimed at averting U.S. tariffs on Mexico in a raging dispute over illegal immigration. There have been signs of progress though as Mexico pledged to send up to 6,000 thousand of its national guard troops to its southern border with Guatemala to block migrants heading for the U.S. Colette Luke has more.
