Is China testing out a new missile? Unlisted Video

According to Reuters.com, "With a cryptic message about UFOs and a picture of a missile launcher, China’s military has hinted that it has carried out a test of a new missile, after images of an object streaking toward the sky circulated on Chinese social media." From what the Pentagon can tell their new missile is most likely fitted on China’s next generation nuclear missile submarines. They are expected to start construction in the early 2020s.
