The tariff war between the US and Mexico is heating up as per usual Trump fashion, he refuses to back down. US President Trump states that tariffs on Mexico are set to begin next week. Politico reports Deputy White House Counsel Pat Philbin is on Capitol Hill on Tuesday to meet with senators on trade as Republicans grumble about the tariffs, and Mexican officials are meeting with their counterparts in Washington to try to work something out.
