House Republican blocks disaster aid bill Unlisted Video

According to Reuters, a House Republican held up a disaster aid bill.
House Democrats have attempted to pass the legislation on a voice vote, but Republicans have blocked its passage by requesting an official roll call vote.
Since most of the members in the House of Representatives are not in the nation's capital, a vote could not be held.
First term Representative John Rose blocked the third attempt by questioning the procedure for the bill's passage.
