Reuters reports that stock markets saw growth for the first time this week on Thursday. The uptick is giving pause to a multiday selloff that was centered on fears of an escalating trade war between the United States and China. The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 65.06 points, or 0.26%, to 25,191.47. The S&P 500 rose 12.2 points, or 0.44%, to 2,795.22 and the Nasdaq Composite increased 39.48 points, or 0.52%, to 7,586.79.
